 have the finished system build by (14/3/25 friday) done on the (12/3/25)

* system design
 try to finish the diagrams, descriptions etc by the (16/3/25 sunday) done on 19/3/25
 alternative designs and complete diagram done by (19/3/25 wednesday)

* system testing
 get testing done by (30/3/25 sunday) take lots of photos. testing done on (12/3/25) however still need to write up all of it.

* evaluation and final touches
 finish by the start of easter (3/4/25?)
